Trainee- Capital Management supports financial planning, capital allocation, risk analysis, reporting, and investment operations to improve liquidity, compliance, profitability, and business growth within finance departments.
Responsibilities:
- Support capital planning and forecasting.
- Prepare liquidity and cash-flow reports.
- Analyze investment and funding requirements.
- Monitor capital adequacy metrics.
- Assist budgeting and variance analysis.
- Maintain financial data accuracy.
- Coordinate compliance documentation.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards.
