Job Description

Room Boys maintain hotel guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, linen replacement, amenities restocking, timely housekeeping service, and excellent guest satisfaction throughout every stay experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms.
• Change linens and make beds properly.
• Restock toiletries, towels, and room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and clean surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently.
• Manage lost-and-found items according to policy.
• Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards.
