The school seeks dedicated Transport Staff to ensure safe, timely and disciplined student movement. The role involves operating school vehicles, maintaining cleanliness, assisting students during boarding, and following all safety protocols. Candidates must be reliable, responsible, and committed to creating a secure travel environment for every student.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe daily transportation of all school students.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow scheduled maintenance routines.
- Assist young students while boarding and deboarding safely.
- Follow traffic rules strictly during all operational hours.
- Report vehicle issues promptly to transport supervisor.
- Coordinate route timings and student pickup efficiently.
- Monitor student behaviour to maintain disciplined travel.
- Keep accurate logs of trips and fuel usage.
Skill & Experience
- Strong driving experience with excellent real-time navigation skills.
- Ability to manage student behaviour calmly under pressure.
- Good communication skills for interacting with parents.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety procedures and basic maintenance.
- Punctual, disciplined, and committed to responsibility consistently.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with quick judgment.
