Job Description

Program Manager – CTD leads cross-functional technology delivery programs, coordinating stakeholders, budgets, risks, timelines, governance, resources, and outcomes to ensure successful business transformation and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CTD program delivery.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Manage program budgets and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct stakeholder and executive status reviews.
• Monitor dependencies across projects and vendors.
• Ensure quality, scope, and timely delivery.
