A Sr. Registrar Paediatrics plays a critical role in delivering specialized medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The position involves advanced clinical responsibilities, supervising junior doctors, coordinating with consultants, managing paediatric emergencies, and ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and evidence-based treatment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage complex paediatric medical conditions
- Supervise junior residents and postgraduate medical trainees
- Assist consultants during paediatric procedures and surgeries
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
