US Pharma Recruiter sources, screens, and places pharmaceutical and life sciences professionals for American clients, managing recruitment pipelines, interviews, compliance, offers, and candidate relationships efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Source pharma candidates for US clients.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.
• Manage full-cycle US staffing recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain ATS records and candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate job offers.
• Ensure staffing compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
