Senior Salesforce Architect designs scalable Salesforce solutions, leads integrations, optimizes CRM workflows, ensures security, and guides teams for successful enterprise cloud implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable Salesforce architecture for enterprise business needs.
- Lead Salesforce integration with third-party business systems.
- Define technical roadmap for Salesforce CRM implementation.
- Review code quality, deployment, and customization standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather solution requirements.
- Ensure Salesforce security, compliance, and data governance.
- Guide developers, admins, and consultants during delivery.
- Optimize CRM performance, automation, and user experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Ability to design scalable enterprise CRM architecture.
- Strong understanding of security, sharing, and permissions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
