Job Description
Nursing Officer – PICU provides specialized critical care to infants and children, monitors life-support systems, coordinates with pediatric intensivists, ensures patient safety, and supports families during complex medical emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pediatric patients using advanced life-support systems
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies precisely
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures carefully
- Maintain infection control standards within PICU
- Document clinical observations accurately and timely
- Educate families regarding child health recovery
- Respond immediately to pediatric critical emergencies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care for critically ill children.
