MENA Marketing Lead drives regional marketing strategy, brand growth, user acquisition, partnerships, campaign execution, market research, and performance optimization across Middle East and North Africa markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop regional marketing strategies for MENA growth markets.
- Plan localized campaigns across digital marketing channels.
- Manage brand positioning for Arabic-speaking target audiences.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and community engagement programs.
- Track campaign performance, budgets, leads, and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams.
- Conduct competitor analysis and customer behavior research.
- Ensure culturally relevant messaging across regional markets.
Skill & Experience
- Strong knowledge of MENA consumer market trends.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social advertising.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication abilities preferred.
- Experience managing regional marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Data-driven approach to performance marketing optimization.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
