MENA Marketing Lead drives regional marketing strategy, brand growth, user acquisition, partnerships, campaign execution, market research, and performance optimization across Middle East and North Africa markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop regional marketing strategies for MENA growth markets.
  • Plan localized campaigns across digital marketing channels.
  • Manage brand positioning for Arabic-speaking target audiences.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and community engagement programs.
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, leads, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and customer behavior research.
  • Ensure culturally relevant messaging across regional markets.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of MENA consumer market trends.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social advertising.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication abilities preferred.
  • Experience managing regional marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Data-driven approach to performance marketing optimization.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus: 25% + equity
