Job Description

HR Recruiter sources, screens, interviews, and hires qualified candidates while managing recruitment pipelines, job postings, employer branding, onboarding coordination, and hiring documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interview rounds.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment status reports.
  • Negotiate offers and support joining formalities properly.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout hiring process.
  • Support onboarding documentation and employee record management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and professional candidate handling skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Resume screening and interview coordination experience required.
  • Understanding of HR policies and hiring compliance.
  • Ability to use ATS and recruitment software.
  • Negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
