HR Recruiter sources, screens, interviews, and hires qualified candidates while managing recruitment pipelines, job postings, employer branding, onboarding coordination, and hiring documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interview rounds.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment status reports.
- Negotiate offers and support joining formalities properly.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout hiring process.
- Support onboarding documentation and employee record management.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and professional candidate handling skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Resume screening and interview coordination experience required.
- Understanding of HR policies and hiring compliance.
- Ability to use ATS and recruitment software.
