Job Description
HR Executive manages recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and workplace communication to support smooth human resource operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening processes efficiently.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities properly.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave databases.
- Support payroll processing with accurate monthly HR inputs.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace communication.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training coordination programs.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and administrative documents.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship management skills required.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding procedures.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Problem-solving attitude with excellent coordination skills needed.
