Job Description

HR Executive manages recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and workplace communication to support smooth human resource operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening processes efficiently.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities properly.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave databases.
  • Support payroll processing with accurate monthly HR inputs.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace communication.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training coordination programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and administrative documents.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship management skills required.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding procedures.
  • Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidential employee information professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Problem-solving attitude with excellent coordination skills needed.
