Job Description
Head of Trust & Safety leads platform integrity, user protection, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, content moderation, risk management, regulatory compliance, and safety operations for secure digital communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global trust, safety, and platform integrity operations.
- Develop policies for abuse, fraud, and moderation.
- Manage escalation workflows for critical safety incidents.
- Oversee content moderation quality and enforcement accuracy.
- Partner with legal, compliance, product, engineering teams.
- Analyze risk trends, threats, and user harms.
- Build scalable safety processes, tools, and dashboards.
- Train teams on policy, ethics, and investigations.
Skill & Experience
- Strong experience in trust and safety operations.
- Deep knowledge of content moderation policy frameworks.
- Excellent risk assessment and crisis management abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of fraud, abuse, compliance, investigations.
- Data-driven decision making and analytical problem-solving skills.
