Job Description
Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leads and shapes a company’s social impact strategy, aligning sustainability, philanthropy, and ethical goals with business objectives. This role oversees community engagement, environmental initiatives, and stakeholder partnerships while measuring impact and ensuring compliance. As a senior leader, they drive CSR integration into corporate governance, reporting, and communications. They advocate for responsible business practices and promote long-term social value across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic CSR programs aligned with corporate values.
- Manage budget, resources, and performance metrics for CSR initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, regulators, and employees.
- Lead sustainability efforts to minimize environmental footprint and risk.
- Oversee philanthropic partnerships and allocate funding for social projects.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate impact of all CSR activities.
- Prepare and present CSR reports and disclose sustainability performance.
- Advocate CSR vision across organisation and drive employee participation.
Skill & Experience

- Strategic thinking: design long-term programs for social and environmental impact.
- Project management: deliver complex initiatives on time, within budget.
