Job Description

Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leads and shapes a company’s social impact strategy, aligning sustainability, philanthropy, and ethical goals with business objectives. This role oversees community engagement, environmental initiatives, and stakeholder partnerships while measuring impact and ensuring compliance. As a senior leader, they drive CSR integration into corporate governance, reporting, and communications. They advocate for responsible business practices and promote long-term social value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic CSR programs aligned with corporate values.
  • Manage budget, resources, and performance metrics for CSR initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, regulators, and employees.
  • Lead sustainability efforts to minimize environmental footprint and risk.
  • Oversee philanthropic partnerships and allocate funding for social projects.
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate impact of all CSR activities.
  • Prepare and present CSR reports and disclose sustainability performance.
  • Advocate CSR vision across organisation and drive employee participation.
