Associate Scientist – I

Job Description

Associate Scientist I conducts cell biology research, maintains mammalian cell cultures, performs molecular assays, analyzes experimental data, troubleshoots protocols, documents findings, and supports biotechnology development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mammalian cell cultures aseptically.
• Perform 2D and 3D cultures.
• Conduct cell viability and cytotoxicity assays.
• Execute PCR, qPCR, and ELISA experiments.
• Perform Western blotting and protein analysis.
• Analyze and interpret experimental results.
• Troubleshoot assays and optimize protocols.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
