Job Description

App Marketing Manager drives mobile app growth through user acquisition, retention, ASO, paid campaigns, analytics, and conversion optimization, ensuring higher installs, engagement, revenue, and brand visibility across digital channels globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan app marketing campaigns for acquisition and retention.
  • Manage ASO strategies to improve organic app downloads.
  • Run paid campaigns across Google Meta ad networks.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and conversions daily.
  • Optimize onboarding flows to increase activation rates quickly.
  • Coordinate creatives, messaging, landing pages, and experiments weekly.
  • Track KPIs, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics.
  • Report campaign performance and recommend growth improvements regularly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of mobile app marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in ASO, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and attribution platforms.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Creative thinking for user acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
