Job Description

Admissions Counsellor Ed Tech Sales guides students, explains online programs, handles leads, follows admissions processes, converts inquiries into enrollments, and achieves sales targets through consultative counselling.

Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students about suitable online learning programs.
  • Handle inbound, outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed student enrollments.
  • Explain course features, fees, eligibility, outcomes clearly.
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and admission status.
  • Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and admission targets.
  • Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents.
