• Developed standardized facilities procedures, vendor management frameworks, and operational policies

• Managed a diverse portfolio of service vendors covering construction, janitorial services, office operations,
breakroom services, and workplace support functions.
• Directed facilities operations and vendor strategy across a multi-site portfolio, managing operating budgets
ranging from $4.6M to $150M and capital investments exceeding $350M.
