I possess more than 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and 3.4 years in an international school, covering HR Operations, Talent Acquisition (domestic & international), Attendance & Payroll Management, Employee Grievances, Employee Engagement, General Administration, Public Relations and Guest Services.
In my previous role as a HR and Administrator at RaK’s Pallikkoodam International Group of Schools, Coimbatore, India (Cambridge International & CBSE Curriculum), I have handled the full life cycle of HR (for 3 schools & 2 Sports Academies) and managed the Administrative team equipping myself with complete knowledge of the working of an educational institution. I have also handled the full process of hiring expatriates in India. This includes coordinating visa applications, visa extensions, police verifications, medical tests, and ensuring mandatory FRRO (Foreigner Regional Registration Office) registration is completed upon their arrival in India.
I excel at forging strong professional connections across all organizational levels to foster open communication. I effectively and neutrally managed employee grievances promoting workplace harmony and compliance. I am also a quick learner, very loyal, diplomatic, focused, goal-oriented and have had excellent relationships with the leadership team as I was directly working with the upper-management. I have recently completed the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) certifications, supplemented with a specialisation in UAE Labour Law. This combined coursework has ensured a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of MOHRE regulations, Free Zone policies, and all critical employment legislation. Furthermore, I am proactively self-studying key local regulations, including fundamental UAE Labour Law and Emiratisation mandates, to ensure immediate and effective application of compliance standards within an HR role.
I am currently located in Sharjah, UAE on a visit visa and staying with a relative. I am open to relocation if I am given a chance. I will be available for a face-to-face interview anytime with a 1-day notice and can join immediately, if I am offered a job.
