Goods and Service Tax (GST):

Ø  Preparation, review and filing of GST returns such as GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, ITC04, GSTR 9/9C etc.

Ø  Filing of GST refunds application.

Ø  Reconciliation of GST Input Tax credits with GSTR 2A/2B and following up with vendors for corrections, if any required.

Ø  Reconciliation of GSTR 3B with GSTR 2B and RCM in books and portal.

Ø  Identification of Ineligible ITC and reversal thereof on monthly basis.

Ø  Reconciliation of 8A with credit ledger of ITC of books.

Ø  Reconciliation of GST Output tax with e invoice data with GST portal and with books of accounts.

Ø  Provision including reverse charge mechanism, IMS, E-invoicing etc.

Ø  Preparation and review of GST returns such as GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, ITC04, GSTR 9/9C etc.

Ø  Filing of GST refunds application.

Ø  Maintain tax balances up to date on general ledger.

Ø  Preparation of Tax updates for Management and Cross Functional teams.

Ø  Filing of replies to various notices issued by the GST authorities and collation of documents as required.

Ø  Handling/assisting GST queries, audits, and assessments

Ø  GST Documentation: Maintain organized and keep up-to-date records of GST transaction, Invoices, and related documents.

Income Tax & TDS:

Ø  Computation of advance tax liability.

Ø  Tax provisions entry and update books according to P&L and Balance sheet.

Ø  Ensuring the books of accounts are updated and reconciled as per statutory returns.

Ø  26AS reconciliaton

Ø  Coordinate and manage tax audits, transfer pricing data, providing necessary documentation to statutory auditors.

Ø  Preparation of data for statutory audit on half yearly basis, preparation data for tax audit report,

Ø  Preparation of data for income tax assessment also filing of individual ITR-1, filing of 26QB (Return of property tax.

Ø  Computation of monthly TDS, deposit and returns 24Q, 26Q & 27EQ, computation of TDS on remuneration/ staff salary.

Ø  Generation of TDS certificates (16, 16A & 16B) before due date.

Finance & Budgeting:

Ø  Treasury operations including cash flow management, investment and banking operation.

Ø  Assisting in preparation of financial statements on daily, monthly and annual basis.

Ø  Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.

Ø  Monitor actual vs. budget and recommend corrective actions.

Audit & Regulatory liaison:

Ø  Handling and assisting GST quarries and audits, Income tax assessments, Prepare data and ready documents for audit.

Ø  Filing of replies to various notices issued by the GST authorities and collation of documents as required.

Accounting Operations:

Ø  Complete general ledger accounting, provisions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

Ø  Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings up to finalization of accounts.

Ø  Accounting and data preparation of CAPEX & OPEX.

Ø  Team Leadership & Collaboration

Ø  Work closely with operations teams to ensure GST compliance in all transactions

Ø  Monitor Inter-company transactions, transfer pricing documentation.

Ø  Transfer of staff salary and ERA on regular basis, deposit of PF and ESI on regular basis.

Ø  Scrutiny of trail balance, Reconciliation of all suppliers and customers, quarterly verification and valuation of stock

Ø  Finalization of accounts up to balance sheet and P&L

Monthly Closing and other task:

Ø  Assistance in monthly financial closing with necessary provisions.

Ø  Monthly Account reconciliation of account payable and accounts receivable.

Ø  Provisions of necessary expenses and income.

Import documentation: documentation of import of capital item and bank realization, payment of custom duty on import.
