I actively track and report defects using ClickUp, collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently, and perform thorough testing on critical modules such as login, registration, and navigation to enhance user experience and product reliability.

Additionally, I have worked on projects including the DP World Mobile App, Yacht Management System, and Al-Kauthar University Website, where I conducted UI, functional, integration, smoke, and regression testing. My SQA Boot Camp further strengthened my skills in Jira, Postman API testing, JMeter, Agile practices, and test automation fundamentals.
