 To supervise/deal in all type of correspondence related to administrative matter of Group companies WAPDA, WASA, SNGPL, TDAP, PTCL, LDA TMA, EPA, FDA, Anti-Narcotics, IPO, CDFA, EOBI, PESSI, Excise & Taxation, Electric Department and Labor Department.
 To correspondence with APTMA and PTA, LCCI & PDA.
 Settlement and finalization of annual audit of EOBI, PESSI.
 Maintain record of all Lands & Properties of the Company.
 To support in Land and Revenue Issues.
 Manage Maps approvals of new Company’s projects and extensions before construction.
 Manage all NOC, s which are compulsory for a Business.
 Manage all Arms Licenses renewals of Company and Directors.
 Manage purchases of new weapons and licenses as per requirement.
 Manage Group Life Insurance & Vehicle Insurance Policy and Claims.
 Manage Group Vehicle & Fuel Cards Policies and Processes.
 Manage Corporate Account of the Company with Telecom Companies like Warid/Jazz and handle all related matters.
 Ikea & LWG Audit Clearance.
 To Supervise Departmental Payments & ensure timely payments.

Others
 Arranging Visas of Company officials, Directors & their families and arranging / managing for their travelling, and when required.
 Manage Hotel Bookings local and International.
 To look after personal chores of Directors Family as per direction.
 Any other task assigned by the Management related to work.
 To prepare daily activity plan for Internal & Field Staffs.
