Job Description:
 Organized preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and
Reactive Maintenance
 Worked on service requests and Work Orders of IBM MAXIMO, CMS,
CRM Databases.
 Supervise the Hard services Technician team to check All Equipment
Operation daily of Chilled water pumps, Irrigation Pumps, Ambient
Water pumps, MIST Cooling System, Utilities Power Supply, Office LED
lights, Tennis Court Tower Lights, Low Voltage Equipment Such as LV
Light feeding panels, LV Power feeding panels, KSK Panels, Medium
Voltage Distribution Panels, AHU Cooling units, FCU Fan Coil Units,
Corridor AC Temperature Monitoring , Classrooms AC Temperature
Monitoring by Comparing Physical Readings and BMS Readings,
Checkup of Motor Control Center Panels, Monitoring of VFD Control
Panels. UPS Batteries and Generator Batteries.
 Make Schedules of Reactive, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
to provide smooth operation of the Utilities and Facilities of the largescale school building.
 Troubleshooting and monitoring of the Central Battery System CBS.
 Major Responsibilities include supervising the hard services team,
conducting random visits to Substations and Report the issues to team.
Also Manage Daily and Monthly Checklist of Low Voltage and LowCurrent equipment such as Public Address Systems, CCTV Cameras, IT
Room Servers, Exit Lights, Emergency lights, Auto Sliding Doors, and FireAlarm System.
 Work with a team of14+ Engineers to enhance the Quality and Safety of
daily Site Operations.
 Oversaw and prepared new PPM Tracker, mapping systems to meet
industry policies and electrical standards

Projects: Emporium Shopping Mall, Kohinoor Textile Mills
 To plan, implement and document Condition-based maintenance
(CBM) and Preventive maintenance (PM) programs as per the OEM's
instructions, to keep the electrical equipment in excellent working
condition.
 Ensure the smooth operations of all Electrical Equipment installed,
including Elevators, Escalators, generators, transformers, Distribution
systems, Switchgears, Fire Alarm systems, Control system, including
Thermostats, Relays, Controllers, Switches, and Sequencers & Sensors.
 To maintain and control the operations of machines as per production
requirements. Ensure the availability and reliability of the competent life
safety equipment. Ensures compliance with all department regulations,
policies, and procedures.
 Develop and oversee QA/QC inspection protocol for all work personnel
and work performed. Communicates with all team members to support
the development of short and long-range goals and objectives.
 Makes recommendations on whether malfunctioning equipment should
be repaired or replaced. Keep supervisor aware of unusual or costly
situations.
 Purchase request preparation, Quotation Evaluation and material
inventory control.
 To do Risk Management. Notifying, investigating and analyzing all the
problems and advising the management alternate strategies.
 To plan, advise, and implement energy conservation policies and
initiatives.
