Job Description

The System & Network In-Charge manages servers, networks, security, backups, connectivity, infrastructure performance, troubleshooting, user support and IT operations to ensure reliable secure business systems operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and system availability.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Maintain network security and access controls.
• Perform backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts and system permissions.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.

Required Skills

• Windows and Linux server administration
• LAN, WAN, VPN, routing knowledge
• Firewall and network security management
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP administration
• VMware and virtualization technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
