Job Description
Team Lead: VAPT & DevSecOps manages vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, secure DevOps practices, compliance monitoring, and application security implementations while leading cybersecurity operations teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities.
- Implement secure DevSecOps pipelines across development environments.
- Monitor application security risks and remediation process continuously.
- Coordinate security audits, compliance checks, and reporting procedures.
- Manage security tools, SIEM platforms, and firewall configurations.
- Mentor cybersecurity analysts and DevSecOps engineering team members.
- Collaborate with developers ensuring secure coding implementation standards.
- Investigate incidents, threats, vulnerabilities, and security breach activities.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in penetration testing and vulnerability management.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices within cloud infrastructures environments.
- Knowledge of SIEM, firewalls, IDS, and endpoint security systems.
- Proficiency using Burp Suite, Nessus, Metasploit, and Wireshark tools.
- Excellent leadership, incident response, and cybersecurity risk assessment abilities.
- Understanding compliance frameworks including ISO27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC2.
