Job Description
Monitoring & Evaluation Manager designs evaluation systems, tracks project performance, analyzes data, prepares reports, ensures compliance, measures impact, and supports evidence-based decision-making for organizational programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring frameworks for programs and projects.
- Track KPIs, outputs, outcomes, and impact.
- Prepare accurate reports for management and donors.
- Conduct field visits and data quality checks.
- Analyze project data to identify performance gaps.
- Coordinate evaluations, surveys, and impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements.
- Train teams on monitoring tools and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong data analysis and reporting expertise.
- Excellent project monitoring and evaluation knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SPSS.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Report writing and presentation skills required.
- Knowledge of donor compliance and documentation.
