Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about suitable online learning programs.
- Handle inbound, outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed student enrollments.
- Explain course features, fees, eligibility, outcomes clearly.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
