Job Description
Senior Resident–ICU provides advanced critical care management, supervises junior doctors, coordinates multidisciplinary treatment, ensures patient stabilization, supports emergency interventions, and maintains clinical excellence in high-dependency intensive care environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU settings
- Supervise junior residents during clinical duties
- Monitor ventilators and life support systems
- Perform emergency procedures and rapid interventions
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams effectively
- Review diagnostics and optimize treatment plans
- Ensure accurate patient documentation and reporting
- Maintain infection control and safety standards.

- Strong critical care and clinical decision-making
- Proficiency in ventilator and ICU equipment
- Excellent communication with patients and families
- Ability to manage high-pressure emergency situations
