I am a people-focused HR and Administration professional with over a decade of experience working across India, the UAE, Ghana and the UK. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support diverse teams and businesses—most recently at ICEA Group, where I led group-wide HR functions and helped shape a stronger, more aligned work culture across multiple units in India and Ghana. At Huntmee LLC in the UAE, I managed the full HR lifecycle, worked closely with government authorities, supported financial processes and partnered with sales teams to improve performance and incentives. My time with Laureus Sport for Good allowed me to contribute to meaningful grassroots initiatives by building HR systems, policies and committees for NGO partners. Earlier roles at DWSSC, Gazelle Business Media and HCL strengthened my foundation in HR operations, compliance and employee support. I began my journey in sales, which taught me the value of relationships, communication and understanding people skills that continue to guide my work today.
