Job Description
Urdu Teacher plans and delivers language lessons, improves reading, writing, grammar, and literature skills, assesses student progress, supports curriculum goals, and creates engaging classroom learning experiences for diverse school learners.
Responsibilities:
- Plan daily Urdu lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, poetry, and prose effectively.
- Assess notebooks, assignments, tests, and oral presentations regularly.
- Support students with pronunciation, handwriting, and reading fluency.
- Prepare worksheets, lesson plans, and classroom activities weekly.
- Maintain discipline and encourage respectful language participation daily.
- Communicate progress with parents and school management professionally.
- Organize Urdu debates, recitation, storytelling, and cultural events.
Required Skills:
- Strong Urdu grammar, literature, vocabulary, and pronunciation knowledge.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement teaching ability.
- Ability to prepare creative worksheets and lesson plans.
- Good communication skills for parents and academic coordination.
- Knowledge of assessment methods and school curriculum requirements.
