Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Microsoft solutions for enterprise clients effectively.
- Lead technical architecture reviews ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and strategy.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development and technical teams.
- Ensure solution security, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery tracking activities.
- Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies for technical challenges.
- Stay updated with Microsoft technologies and emerging industry trends regularly.
Skill & Experience
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure, .NET, and cloud technologies.
- Strong solution architecture and design skills for enterprise systems.
- Proficient in DevOps, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with international, cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, high-quality projects.
