Tech Lead – Salesforce oversees CRM architecture, customization, integrations, and team delivery. Leads Salesforce development projects, ensures scalable solutions, optimizes workflows, and drives digital transformation aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development projects and implementations
- Design scalable CRM architecture and integrations
- Review code and enforce development standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders for business requirements
- Manage Salesforce releases and deployment processes
- Mentor developers and conduct technical reviews
- Ensure system performance, security, compliance standards
- Optimize workflows, automation, reporting functionalities.
Skill & Experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development
- Experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce components
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Excellent leadership and technical decision-making skills
- Experience managing Agile development project environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities.
