Job Description
Teacher- Core Subjects (Key Stage 3 & 4) delivers high-quality instruction in key academic areas (such as mathematics, science, languages, and social studies). They design lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster a supportive learning environment. They collaborate with colleagues, maintain classroom discipline and help students achieve educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans covering all core subject matter.
- Deliver engaging lectures to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Assess student performance through tests and assignments regularly.
- Provide feedback and support individual student learning needs.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage respectful student behavior.
- Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and delivery.
- Participate in extracurricular activities to support holistic student growth.
Skill & Experience
- Strong subject knowledge across core academic subjects.
- Excellent oral and written communication with students effectively.
- Good classroom management and discipline-enforcement skills required.
- Ability to design creative, engaging lesson plans consistently.
