- Support Active Directory administration tasks
- Maintain IAM documentation and reports
Required Skills
- Identity and Access Management knowledge
- Active Directory administration experience
- ServiceNow ticket handling expertise
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- MFA and SSO implementation knowledge
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
