Job Description
Staff QA Engineer ensures software quality through strategic testing, automation frameworks, and defect management. Collaborates with development teams, improves testing processes, and drives continuous delivery quality across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable test automation frameworks across platforms
- Lead quality strategy for complex software projects
- Collaborate with developers during design phases

- Analyze defects and ensure root cause resolution

Skill & Experience
- Strong experience with automation testing frameworks
- Proficiency in Java Python or JavaScript
- Experience with CI CD pipelines tools
- Knowledge of API testing and automation
- Strong debugging and problem solving skills
- Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.
