An SST Teacher (PGT) teaches senior secondary students subjects like History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics while developing analytical, communication, and research-based learning skills effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engaging lesson plans for senior secondary students.
- Conduct classroom lectures using interactive teaching methodologies effectively.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, examinations, and student academic progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage collaborative learning environments.
- Guide students preparing competitive examinations and board assessments successfully.
- Organize educational activities, seminars, debates, and awareness programs regularly.
- Coordinate with parents regarding student performance and behavioral improvement.
