Job Description
Service Engineer / Manager handles installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, client support, team coordination, equipment servicing, technical reporting, and customer satisfaction for medical, industrial, electrical, or technical service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair technical equipment.
- Handle customer complaints with professional technical solutions.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and emergency service visits.
- Manage field engineers and assign service tasks.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and performance records.
