Job Description
Infosys seeks a Senior Sales Director in the Belgium to lead strategic account development, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships in the Hi-Tech domain. The role involves defining sales strategy, managing large enterprise accounts, overseeing pipeline and forecasts, influencing CXO-level stakeholders, and ensuring delivery alignment. The Senior Sales Director will build high-impact proposals, lead teams, negotiate complex contracts, and contribute to Infosys’s expansion across Europe while maintaining high service standards and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and grow key Hi-Tech enterprise accounts, maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead pipeline generation, forecasting, and opportunity conversion with precision.
- Negotiate large contracts, MSAs, pricing, and gain-share or alternate models.
- Coordinate with delivery, product, legal teams for client proposal excellence.
- Represent Infosys to C-suite executives, ensuring brand credibility and trust.
- Perform competitive analysis, market research to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Mentor sales teams; drive performance, targets, leadership, and accountability.
Skill & Experience
- Strong relationship building with CXO-level clients across Hi-Tech industry sectors.
- Excellent negotiation skills for large contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Deep understanding of IT services, global delivery models, consulting engagements.
- Strategic thinking, business development mind-set with ability to farm accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving quota, revenue, growth in competitive markets.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, leadership, and team mentorship skills.
