Job Description
Senior Manager – Plant Safety – PV Operations – TMPV oversees all safety functions within plant operations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. This role involves managing risk assessments, safety audits, emergency preparedness, and employee training programs. The candidate will lead the safety team, promote a zero-incident culture, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality departments to maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive plant safety management systems effectively.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure corrective measures are executed.
- Lead internal safety audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Organize employee safety training and awareness programs across all departments.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure emergency response procedures and equipment are always functional.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety in operations.
- Prepare and present safety performance reports to senior management regularly.
