Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance Java applications for enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Java applications for efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to standards.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance benchmarks.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
- Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry trends.
Skill & Experience
- Proficiency in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate ORM.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL query optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
