Senior Graphic Designer leads visual branding, creates digital and print assets, collaborates with marketing teams, ensures brand consistency, mentors designers, and delivers creative solutions meeting business objectives and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines consistently
- Design marketing materials for digital and print campaigns
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Review designs ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency standards
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback regularly
- Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines effectively simultaneously
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements clearly
- Optimize graphics for web, mobile, and social platforms.
Skill & Experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and tools advanced
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy understanding principles
- Experience designing responsive graphics for multiple platforms effectively
- Excellent communication skills collaborating with cross-functional teams efficiently
- Ability managing time, priorities, and deadlines efficiently consistently
- Knowledge of branding, UX principles, and design systems.
