Senior Backend Developer for gaming platforms designs scalable services, optimizes performance, manages APIs, ensures reliability, collaborates with game teams, and delivers secure, high-performance multiplayer infrastructure solutions for global players worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable backend systems supporting real-time gameplay experiences
- Optimize database queries for high performance gaming workloads
- Develop RESTful APIs for multiplayer game services integration
- Implement security practices protecting player data and privacy
- Collaborate with game developers and DevOps teams closely
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot production issues quickly
- Architect microservices supporting scalable multiplayer gaming platforms efficiently
- Write clean maintainable code following industry standards consistently.
Skill & Experience
- Strong Java, Kotlin, or Node.js backend development experience
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems design
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies management
- Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and security standards protocols
- Understanding containerization using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration tools.
