Job Description
QA / Testing professionals ensure software quality by identifying defects, validating functionality, executing test cases, reporting bugs, and supporting reliable, user-friendly application delivery across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and prepare clear test scenarios.
- Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects effectively.
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing regularly.
- Coordinate with developers for quick issue resolution.
- Validate bug fixes before production release deployment.
- Prepare test reports and quality status updates.
- Ensure applications meet business and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of manual software testing concepts.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and bug lifecycle.
- Experience with test case design and execution.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Selenium, or API testing.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
