Job Description
A Project Management Executive leads high-level planning, execution, and delivery of complex organisational projects. They align cross-functional teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure every project meets strategic goals on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and project delivery.
- Define strategic project goals, scope, and key deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and obstacles.
- Serve as primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and progress metrics.
- Ensure project closure, documentation, and handoff are complete.
Skill & Experience
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, MS Project, or Jira.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and PMBOK methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Strategic planning, risk management, and analytical thinking skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
