Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and ensure strict financial compliance.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation, records, and project performance reporting systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth coordination.
- Identify project risks and assist in effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide accurate reports and presentations to project management team.
- Ensure projects align with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
Skill & Experience
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control methodologies.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools.
- Excellent analytical, budgeting, and financial forecasting capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of oil, gas, and energy sector project requirements.
