- Manage performance review cycles and improvement plans.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility processes.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor regulations.
- Analyze people metrics and prepare HR reports.
- Guide employees on benefits, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information responsibly.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and workplace mediation.
- Experience with HRIS, reporting, and people analytics.
- Strategic thinking with strong business partnership ability.
