Job Description

Partner Success Specialist manages partner relationships, drives growth, ensures satisfaction, supports onboarding, monitors performance, resolves issues, and collaborates with internal teams to maximize partner success outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage partner relationships ensuring long term business success
  • Onboard new partners and provide training resources
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams
  • Resolve partner issues and escalate complex cases
  • Track partner engagement and customer satisfaction levels
  • Develop partner enablement materials and documentation
  • Identify upselling cross selling opportunities with partners.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong relationship management and communication abilities required
  • Experience managing partners within SaaS environments preferred
  • Analytical skills to evaluate partner performance metrics
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams effectively
  • Problem solving mindset with customer success focus
  • Proficiency using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
