Job Description
Hope Global seeks Panchayat Coordinators to engage Panchayat authorities, identify eligible students, support enrolment, manage documentation, and promote the First Aid Project Employment Programme nationwide. (No. of Vacancies: 913 ‘Panchayat Coordinators’ | Pan India)
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Panchayats and nearby villages.
- Coordinate with Panchayat offices and Mukhiyas.
- Identify eligible students for programme enrolment.
- Explain employment programme benefits to candidates.
- Complete enrolment forms and supporting documentation.
- Conduct community awareness and mobilisation activities.
- Maintain accurate student and visit records.
- Submit progress reports to management regularly.
Required Skills
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience with NGOs or rural missions.
- Knowledge of Panchayat-level community operations.
- Student counselling and mobilisation skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
