Job Description
Medical TGT Teacher teaches biology and health sciences to middle and secondary students. Develops lesson plans, conducts practical sessions, evaluates performance, and promotes scientific thinking. Supports curriculum standards, encourages research projects, and maintains classroom discipline while fostering student engagement, academic excellence, and holistic development within school environments for success overall.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards requirements
- Conduct laboratory experiments ensuring safety protocols followed properly
- Assess student performance through tests assignments projects regularly
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment always
- Guide students in biology concepts and practicals effectively
- Coordinate with parents regarding student academic progress regularly
- Organize health awareness programs and science activities periodically
- Support school policies and participate institutional meetings actively.
Skill & Experience
- Strong knowledge of biology anatomy physiology concepts fundamentals
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills required effectively
- Ability to conduct laboratory experiments safely and accurately
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development skills
- Student assessment evaluation and feedback delivery experience required
- Basic computer skills and educational technology usage knowledge.
