Manager – Facilities and Sustainability oversees building operations, maintenance, energy efficiency, and environmental initiatives, ensuring safe workplaces, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and sustainable practices aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities
- Implement sustainability initiatives reducing energy consumption
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage vendor contracts and service performance standards
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for infrastructure
- Monitor utility usage and optimize operational costs
- Lead waste management and recycling programs
- Prepare sustainability reports and performance audits.
