Lead Integration Support Engineer specializing in webMethods and Control-M, ensuring seamless enterprise system integrations, job scheduling reliability, middleware performance optimization, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of business-critical integration environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise integrations and batch processing systems.
- Troubleshoot webMethods middleware and Control-M workflows.
- Ensure high availability across integration platforms.
- Manage incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate deployments and production release activities.
- Optimize performance of integration and scheduling processes.
- Provide technical guidance to support teams.
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards effectively.
Skill & Experience
- Strong expertise in webMethods integration platform.
- Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling.
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and ESB architecture.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with production support and ITIL processes.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
